You need to have a work permit for every country in Europe you work in.
If it is a business meeting for a day or two, then you can get away with it but to actually do an assignment requires additional visas so has your company addressed this issue and explained to you how they intend to overcome it.
Second, you can work abroad via the UK company if the work is of the type that requires international trips. I don't know what you do nor do I really want to know but it sounds like you are really being hired to work in Europe and this goes against the spirit of the purpose of the visa. I haven't looked recently at the renewal application for hsmp but last I looked, they aren't asking how long you were absent from the UK for seconded employment but they have indicated in the latest guidance how much they frown against it. You really have to calculate that you are not going to be out of the country for a total of 6 months in a 5 year period. Touching base every 2 months for 1 week is not going to cut it. Of course you may not stay with this company for 5 years but at the rate you are going you could use up your allowance within the first year of work. Keep this in mind if you plan to obtain ILR in the future. You should verse yourself with your situation by looking at the guidance for HSMP initial application, the guidance for extensions for HSMP and application renewals. good luck
Next time try not to be so picky who you want to answer your question or you not going to get an answer at all
