is it possible to ask HO work permit, to allow me to work legally if i declare that i used in the past false ID and false Assurance number to work for 12 years?? i can prove with p45, p60 and playsilp??? i did have to claim any benefice,

If you declare all the illegal working and false ID to the HO you might as well ask for a flight home at the same time. That is if course that they don't prosecute you for identify fraud.
So in answer to your question - no you will not be given the right to work.
