Can I apply for extension from India(abroad)

Hi all,
My Tier 2 Visa is expiring this July, and I am going to India this February. I wonder can I apply for extension from India with my dependent's applications? If so I save some Visa fees
Please help me to know what to do

No, you can only extend your Tier 2 leave inside the UK. You'll have to wait for one year (cooling off period) if you decide to go back home and re-apply for Tier 2 leave.

You should make your employer pay for your visa fees as you are their, why are they making you pay for it?
The only fees you should be paying for is your dependent's.
