The applicant has filled the online application form for a visit visa on 15th December 2014 and they have an appointment booked 15th January 2015 to submit the application form and supporting documents. Do i write the date of the invitation letter before 15th December 2014 ? I am not sure if there is a validity for the invitation letter or whether applicants can fill the forms online before receiving the supporting documents.
