When RLMT is needed?

Hi all,
I am working for a Tier 2 sponsor at the moment, I am on dependent visa and have work permission. However, in one year time my visa will expire, so I was wondering if my employer can sponsor my visa without conducting labour market test as I was selected for this position when I had work permission? If not any advice is welcomed!

If your job is not on SOC list, then your employer has to conduct an RLMT. They can also avoid it if they can pay you 153,500 or more.

Shortage Occupations list....?

Not to be confused with Soc codes...
