Unique Tier 2 Dependent App-Req (Help plz the Great Manci)

Hi Members,

Firstly, I would thank to everyone for the contribution on this great forum. Especially, the great Manci !
Well, i am currently on Tier 2 sponsored Visa (5 Years) and recently in Dec-2014 got married in Saudia with Pakistani Girl. I am also a Pakistani. We got married according to Pakistani way and my Marriage Certificate is according to Pak marriage procedure because she has a Pakistani Passport.
Now, i am a little bit confused about is there any concerned which i need to rectify before Tier 2 dependent application.

1) She is living in Saudia but she is Pakistani and we got married according to Pakistani procedure (is immigration officer raised this issue why you don't got married according to Saudi LAws ?) Saudia Gov doesn't give permissions to marry in courts to foreigners. The court marriage is only for Saudis.
2) Can i apply online on her behalf from UK and then she can visit UK Embassy in Saudia to do rest of formalities.
3) how much bank statement do i need for this. i have 1000 pounds from last 3 months. id that enough ?

As per my research, the immigration officer only check the nationalities of both bride and groom and check the marriage according to Pak procedure then according to me, it will be all right ? or do i need to write a cover letter with application as well ?

Without an offical marriage certificate issued in the country of marriage the dependent visa wiil be refused.
