OCI Process- Confused :(

Hi Friends,

I am applying for OCI via Post and have the following documents ready.. Could few of you please confirm if they are correct? I know there could be few threads here already on this; unfortunately i couldnt find one
1. Completed Online application form- Part A & B with Photo affixed
2. Additional Photo with online reference no: quoted behind the photo
3. Postal Order of 175.00/- with online reference no: quoted behind the Postal Order
4.Self attested Photocopy of British Passport
5.Self attested Photocopy of Indian cancelled passport
6. Surrender certificate - Original and Photocopy(Self attested)
7. Naturalization ceritifcate - Original & Photocopy(Self Attested)
8. Prepaid Special Delivery Envelope

Also;is the prepaid envelope enclosed here only for the Original document (viz Surrender certificate & Naturalisation ceritificate)?

When do i need to send the Original British Passport for stamping?

5. Not required, however if you wish to send photocopy it will do no harm
8. Just normal self addressed envelope

Note: If application sent by post do not include a special delivery envelope and needs to be returned, they will be returned by ordinary post only. The High Commission will not be responsible for loss or delay of the application.

When do i need to send the Original British Passport for stamping?
