TIER 2 (ICT) JOB Redundancy- How long I can stay in UK after

Hi,

I am in UK on Tier 2 ICT (long term staff ) visa received in June 2011. I have one extension on the same and now valid till Aug 2015.

I will be made redundant as a restructuring program in my company on March 20th 2015.

My question is how long can I stay in UK after say March 20th? please reply, need this info on urgent basis.

your sponsor has to inform UKVI within 10 working days of the date you have stopped working. UKVI will then curtail your visa to 60 days from the date of their decision (not the termination date).

You will only be eligible to switch to T2G if you applied for your initial T2 ICT visa before 6 April 2011.

Thank you for quick response. Will I be receiving any communication email/post from UKBA regarding the decision and the date from when my curtailed leave starts/ends.
