Tier 2 to residence card.

Post by naonao » Tue Jan 13, 2015 7:51 am

Hi. I have a tier 2 general visa valid until 2016. In 2013, I applied for residence card as family member of Eea national. Does this mean I cannot apply for ILR using tier 2? Does applying for residence card invalidate my tier 2?

I am still with the same employer as when I first arrived in the UK 5 years ago.
