TIER 4 Curatailment (Sponsor losing liecence) and Study Cap

Hi all,

one of my friend got his Tier 4 Visa due to end this August 2015 curtailed following her college losing sponsor licence.

she got a letter about 60 day Visa curtailment and options for finding new sponsor and CAS to continue and finish her studies (CIMA)

however, since she has been in the country for more than 5 years, new colleges (including the ones suggested by HO) she is approaching is refusing to give CAS, citing the study cap.

what options does she have ? she only intends to study and complete the rest of her CIMA and I believe colleges are refusing because they do not want to waste a CAS on a student who needs 6 months or possibily 1 yr max whereas they can use the same CAS on other stduents who may need 3 yrs or more and hence more money to the college ? am I correct ?

also, what are her options ? how can she convince a new sponsor to give her a CAS to fiinsh her CIMA ?

any1 else in the same situation ?

given only 20 days remaining in her 60 days, a quick infi/advice/suggestions are welcome ?

given in the current situation it has become nearly impossible for students with a curtailment letter to get a new cas.

the colleges are worried about their license because to take a student who does not have enough progression or whose college was close poses a risk to the license of the college therefore the college is refraining to provide the cas.

moreover for a course like cima the student may return back home and do the papers because cima has its exams in many countries and definitely there will be no problems because CIMA qualification is same everywhere around the world.
