EEA4 application 2014

Hi guys,

I would really appriciatea any help here. I am a non EEA national and been married to my wife (polish citizen) since December 2007 and I have been studying and working in UK since 2006.

I currently have a EEA3 visa which due to expire in 2 weeks and I have all my paper works sorted. I wasnt able to send it earlier as we were travelling for business purposes and Christmas.

We both have been working non-stop since we moved to UK. More importantely last 5 years we both been in employement. She did register herself under WRS when we applied for EEA3 visa and after taking around 15 months I received the 5 year visa with no problem.

I have all our Bank statements dated 2008 (a letter from the bank) which is a joint account being used actively. As well as our House rent contract since 2009. We both employement letters p60`s, payslips, National insurance records and bills on our name etc...

She was also a student during 2010 and have a BTEC diploma as well.

Since WRS scrapped at 2011, we didnt register it since I received my Residence Card on January 2010. But she was working all along so did I.

Any issues here? Do we exercise our treaty rights? We both have a stable job and income etc, which can be provided.

Please any advice would be much appriciated.
