visa applicability for new a sponsor

Hi there,

I would like to know whether new visa needs to stamped in case the sponsor Tier-2(ICT) is changed . I still have valid visa until 10 Mar 2015 with the old sponsor but got new certificate of sponsorship for new job for 1 year . Also , I will be eligible for ILR in Mar 2015 first week.

Any quick suggestions and help will be appreciated.

You cannot start the new job until you get the new visa approved. You can start only on/after the start date mentioned in the visa/BRP. So, if you plan to start your job before March, you will need the new visa/BRP. You cannot start work in your new job on the old visa.

Thank a lot for your response...i need to understand which visa category ,I have to get new visa stamped. I'm moving from Tier-2 (ICT) to Tier 2 (General -changes of employment) . Any reference document detailing end to end process will be great help.
