EEA family visa

Hello guys,
I need some help with my immigration status here. I have got married with an European person around a year ago and got my spouse visa EE2 (5 Years).
we are not working out very well nowadays and may not sustain that long.
I would like to know if we get divorced, is my visa still going to be valid??

From my experince I can tell you less than 3years marriage you need to leave the country if more than 3years marriage you can apply for return right and you will get another 5 years .
