URGENT - Minor Naturalization - No parents authorisation

Hi,

That is the story.

Full Guardianship given to the mother of the minor in Brazil after divorce.
The minor came to UK in Dec/2006 as a student dependent . On March 2010 became and EEU Dependent as his mum got married to a Portuguese citizen. On August / 2014 left home to leave with friends without mother authorization and claimed domestic violence that was not proved after Social Services and Police involvement.The minor turned 16 in July / 2014. Got a non molestation order asking the mother to don't get close to him for a year. His adult friend who works and has a family in the uk is helping him and supporting him with everything. The minor is not in touch with the mother at all. The minor is registered in a college. In Brazil the minor who is 16 is still a minor up to 18 years.

Questions :

1) What is the minor immigration situation?
2) How he can still be legally in the uk?
3) Is there anything the mother can do to have the child removed from UK to Brazil, because there he has relatives and his biological father?
4) The 7 year rule (2012) applies for the child to stay in the UK?
