i applied for tier 1 entrepreneur accelerated route ILR on 5 january 2015
does any one know what the next step for processing is?
when will they ask for the biometrics and how long will the complete processing take place.

you will receive acknowledgement letter soon, then biometric request within 1 month, after that normally take 2 months to process, but seen someone who had decision in 16 days.

can you please share what documents you submitted ? any solicitor ?

I applied on tier 1 ent. Accelerated route ILR on dec23 2013, done biometrics on 8 jan. I applied myself, after a lot of reading of the immigration rules, appdndix a and guidelines. Hope give dome time line idea.

I like to suggest, we t1 ent accelerated route are an exceptional lot, i mean there cannot be many on this route.
So we must coordinated with each other. Specially if are in london area we could maybe in email , mob contact etc. You see the process does not end here. Next will be Naturalization.

Congrats on your accelerated ILR!

I may be wrong, but it seems like you are mentioning your dates wrong by showing 2013 instead of 2014, and 2014 instead of 2015. In another post you said you done bio on 8 Jan 2014 and "waiting for the postman" and I believe it should be 8 Jan 2015 as you can't wait for postman for more than a year.

hi i received my T1 entraprenuer visa on Apr 7th 2014, my problem is i couldnt able to find any contract job on that time, and then i continued my naormal job which is customer sercice job ( i get paid by my NI number ), i am thinking to continue it for two years, and i want to resign my job in third year, beacuse i have to submit my final year company accounts to the home office, what my doubt is, when i apply for my extension, is the home office check what i did last 3 years, or they only check final year? and i want to know they check my NI number from 3 years or they only check final year? please help me, i got cionfused, when i am eligible to extend my application or not?

yes they can check your NI for all 3 years , you are breaching your visa condition , you can not work for anyone else business , thats enough for them to refuse your visa at extension even if meet all other requirment

They can refuse any of your future visa applications based on general grounds for refusal :

(7B) The applicant has previously breached the UK’s immigration laws by overstaying; breaching a condition attached to his leave; being an illegal entrant; using deception in a visa application, leave to enter or remain (whether successful or not),

Simply put You will be refused visa on ext. If you make it to ext.....if you are caught in a ukba raid your visa be 'curtailed' Plus your employer will be liable for a fine.

Suggest you go on another immigration category ASAP. Pls dont invite trouble for yourself and your employer

If I change my visa category, in next 2-3 months, will they reject my visa based on previous breach of immigration law, or other wise if I apply dependant visa on my wife, even in that time will they reject my visa?
