strange situation

Dear all

i am new on this site and it my first post and i want to say as i read here different information about visas and other related problem it really helpful forum..i am writing here because as it EU forum so can find hope answer of my question and i am not in UK..
My situation is now i am divorced from EU member after 4 years and now i have permission to stay as i retained my visa card it for 5 year and this year (end) i will apply for PERMANENT RESIDENCE--My question now

1....I want to marry now again and she is also from NON EU same like me..so in my situation what can i do?
because i will also apply for PR in nov. 15 so can i registered our marriage or it can effect on my PR or her visa where can i apply i mean in EU rule or??as i write still i not got PR--

and my last question is that..

As i read here and eu other forum non EU nation can normal apply for PR after 5 years completed ....even h/she retained h/her visa after divorced etc and he must show his saving or job...

My Question

i have saving for 1 year and i am now jobless and taking money from insurance (not from government) so i need to show both i mean saving or job at time or 1 out of these 2 option in my situation is okk..
