Guys, I am applying for UK ILR personally next week.
I am a permanent employee in a company where I have been paid fixed annual salary.
The ILR application form is looking to provide the "Number of hours this salary is based on".
As I am being paid annual salary and so I do not have the total number of working hours.
As per my client policy, I work 37 hours per week, so can I give "Number of hours this salary is based on" as (37*52) hours. Only problem with this calculation is that it includes all the Bank Holidays and my paid holidays. The letter from my employer only mentions my annual salary and this salary is as per the SOC code. It does not mention the hours this salary is based on.
Could somebody please suggest what data to fill in for "Number of hours this salary is based on"?
Thanks
Arun
