Received Daughter's passpot but still waiting for the docume

Hi all,

I received my daughter's first british passports a week ago but I am still waiting for the supporting documents which I sent with passport application. Is it usual that they first sent passport and then supporting documents? It's now more then a week time that I am waiting for supporting documents.

Documents can take couple of weeks to arrive.
Did you ask your documents to delivered by secure delivery?
