British national,EU national and a dependant parent,Pls Help

Hi

As the heading might suggest, am a naturalised British national ( acquired through EU route ), my wife is an EU national with PR in the UK.

I have a parent who has been in the UK well before me - over 20 years - but has not regularised her stay.

Is it possible for her to apply under EU route as my wife's dependant - mother in law - or the fact that I now have British Citizenship means she can't apply using EU law / route again.

Just to add to the above, if EU route isn't possible is there any UK route / application ? Thanks.
