Travelling to France with UK Residence Card

Post by Askimamy » Tue Jan 27, 2015 9:01 pm

Hi,

I'm British and my husband is a Non EU national we are living in the UK and my husband has his 5 year residence card ( Surinder Singh EEA2)

We are travelling to France for a holiday via Eurostar in a couple of weeks, am I right in saying my husband doesn't need to apply for a visa as we will be travelling together? We will be taking our marriage book with us.

Is there anything I can print off and take with us just in case we encounter any problems at immigration?

Thanks in advance
