It will be great help if any one help me with my current situation.
I switched to Tier2 (General) from PSW on July-2011 and applied for extension on June-2014. My current leave will expiry on June-2016. Now my company X will merge with another company Y in next couple of month and both company are A-rated sponsor.
Now my question: if during merger company don't use TUPE, do I need to make new application ? Is their any other procedure company can follow, so that I don't have to make new application ( and RLMT )?
