regarding Tier 2 visa for UK graduate

Hi there, hope every one is fine out there. I have one recent issue regarding tier 2 visa. I have finished my UK master degree and one of employer is ready to sponsor me for tier 2 visa. My employer has fine dine restaurant with A rated license and also got quota for my position. what they are worried about is they are fine dine restaurant with collection and delivery system. they recently heard that fine dine restaurant with collection and delivery system cannot sponsor visa to UK graduate. can some one please help me if it is true. if yes how they can sponsor me plz provide me guidance. thanks a lot waiting for response.

What is the job role?
If it is a chef role then no takeaway service can be offered.

what do you mean by this? Restaurant manager is not a NQF level 6 role and is not a shortage occupation, therefore not suitable for T2 sponsorship

There are no NQF6 positions at a curry house.
There are plenty of make believe roles
Business Development Manager
HR Manager
PR and Marketing Manager
Those are the common titles used. As soon as you apply for any of these you will get a visit....

If you are genuinely talented or have a great skill all will be one, if not, no amount of twisting will work...
