Fixed Penalty Points --Please help

Post by faributt » Sat Jan 31, 2015 10:59 pm

Hello All,

If some one can please advice for this?
My naturalization is due next month. But I had 2 fixed penalty notice

(1) First was for over speeding in April -2011 , I got 3 points and 60 pound fine
I paid fine with in due date , No involvement of court.
(2) Second I had in April -2012 for stopping at hard shoulder
I was fine £30 which I paid with in due date, No involvement of court.

Now is it will be safe for me to apply next month for citizenship? As my second notice was in April-12 which are less than 3 years ago.

Please advice, Thanks in advance for your advice

You dont need to wait for 3 years since they are just FPNs.
However it'll be good to mention those on page 15.
