Tier 2 to ILR

Hi,

I got Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff visa stamped on 30/12/2010 and came to UK on 13/01/2011. I was on this visa till Dec/2013.
I switched (in country) to Tier 2 General visa on 17/12/2013 and am currently on this visa.
So, I have spent around 3 years on Tier 2 ICT - Established staff visa and 1 year on Tier - 2 General visa.

Could someone tell me when can I apply for ILR?
will the 3 year period spent on Tier - 2 ICT visa be counted towards the 5 year requirement for ILR?

will the 3 year period spent on Tier - 2 ICT visa be counted towards the 5 year requirement for ILR? Unfortunately, NO, as you didn't have T2 ICT leave before the 6th April 2010.

As such, no such clauses or exceptions available with the present UKBA rules. 5 years in T2 General visa will lead to ILR in your case
