parents visa

Hi Mods/ Senior Members

I am a British citizen living in the UK, and work here full time as an accountant.
Just wanted to find out routes to bring my parents over from Pakistan on a permanent basis

European route is better or the UK?
I do have 1 shop in Portugal and opening 2nd in Spain soon if that will help use European route by any chance
PS: I don't live in either Portugal or Spain permanently, just visit fortnight to look after the businesses.
