Need information about RLMT in below situation.
If company A, complete RLMT on 1st January and generate unrestricted CoS that is valid for 6 month from date of RLMT, say valid until end of June. Now, if company involve in merger in mid-Februar.
1. Can they use existing CoS in new merged entity ?
2. Or can they forward unused unrestricted CoS to new merged entity ?
3. Or new entity need to do RLMT again to assign unrestricted CoS ?
