Time to get ILR after appeal is successful

Post by amarveda » Mon Jan 19, 2015 5:40 am

Can any of the gurus here please let me know how long it takes to get the ILR (passport and BM card) after
appeal for refusal is successful?
Can one travel to India in the meanwhile with permission?
My daughter needs some help, and I am not able visit for the past 2 years

Thanks

The policy of the border agency is to give effect to determination within 90 days of the determination.

If there are emergency, you could write to them, asking for expedition, or ask your MP for his intervention.
