hello to all the peôple who read and answermy question. i hope someone does.
i have been in the uk for more then 10 years now on varoius visa from student to tier 1.
my 10 years completed in nov 2014 but my passport was with homeoffice.
in dec 2014 i got the eea residency card. my wife is a EEA national.
my registered marriage is over 3 years.
i have 2 option at the moments to get ILR.
first is i apply for a long residence ILR.
there are varoius issues i am having in this matter.
my wife is saying marriage is over and i need to shift out.
i believe that to apply for long residence ilr i need to submit her documents. this will not be possiable.
someone has suggestion that i can still claim permemenet right of residence after my divorce with her.
i have read guidance notes.
i am confused in you documents i need to provide for that.
my wife was studying in spain when we got marrriage.
she came back in the middle of 2013 june.
then she wwnt back in feb 2014 and came back in june 2014.
i have read somewhere that i need to have full one year living in uk with her.
we have lived for more then one year but there are breaks in it.
can someone please answer this question.
i and her are fully qualified persons.
i am selfemployed and she is working as well.
i will be moving out soon and can have only the documents till that time.
my question is that if i apply for PR how can i prove that she was working at the time of divorce. i guess i wont be able to get thoes documents.
i will be grateful if someome understands my situation and answers it.
