RLMT and Cos issue

Dear all

I m currently awaiting my new employer to do a Rlmt and have 12 days more to go. My question is this, does the new employer have to provide proof to HO whilst issuing the Cos, like job ref, where it was advertised etc.. and indicate this on the COS? Or the employer only has to declare ''YES'' whilst issuing the COS and HO goes with it? So i assume HO only check it when they do an audit? What exactly is the process here?

They have to declare that the RLMT has been undertaken as you know.
Best practice is to put the details on the COS including refs.
It will be checked at the next compliance audit in detail.
