Tier2 Extension Maintenance confirmation.

Hi All,

I just want to double confirm, as I find this forum more reliable than anywhere else.

My back ground is; Entry clearance as Tier2 migrant, now applying leave to remain in same category, same job role. If I understand from immigration rules Appendix C ; Tier 2 Migrants, 5 (b), applicant with entry clerance as Teir 2 Migrant automatically qualifies for 10 points for Maintenance ( Does not have to show £945 for 90days balance).

Hopefully for dependent too, i dont have any to show any balance.

Once again, I will thank forum members who are brilliant and reliable. I have been using this forum for few years and never disappoints me with information I get here.

Assuming its with the same employer as well.

If the dependents apply along with you, there is no need to show maintenance for both you and them.
