LIUK pass in 2008

Post by Zee ali » Fri Feb 06, 2015 6:14 pm

Hi

I am asking this question on behalf of my friend He passed his LIUK test in 2008.

In this year October 2015 he is going to apply ILR on 10 years long residency basis.

Question is can he still use his old LIUK certificate to get ILR?

Yes.

LIUK can be used indefinitely no matter when it was taken and it has no expiry date.
