Tier 2 ICT Extension- Maintenance funds

Hi All,
For Tier 2 ICT Extension application, my immigration lawyer confirmed that maintenance funds is not required i,e £945(Self) +£630 for each dependent.

Can anyone confirm this.....

If its an in-country extension on the same role, then maintenance proof is not required.
