Hello,
i overstayed 1 day after my working visa was expired because my flying ticket wasn't ready until the last minute ( i got it for free from my work place and i didn't wanna pay myself on a new ticket)...
i'm planning to visit the uk again next month as a tourist, will it affect the UKBA deciding if i'm allowed in or not?
Also, i'm planing to get re-hired to the same work in the uk after 12 months "cooling off", will this one day affect future visa application?
