Hy everyone,I hope you can help me.My hunsband is british and we have been togheter for 8 years,we have 2 british kids.We were living in Brasil but my partner came back 1 year before us for work( so we can apply for the visa) I came to UK as visitor as the plan was after the kids are settled with the school etc.I would come back to Brasil and apply from there...but is been so hard just the thought about leave my kids behind as I dont know how time it will take.I contacted an agency and they said I could apply for the visa from here as the kids are british and they are in the school, but they are charging me lots of money to do it.After I readed some posts I thought I could aplly for FLR .Do you think it could be an opinion? If you can asnwer me I will be so thankfull!

You should be able to apply for FLR(FP) which if successful would give you a 10 year route to permanent settlement. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _11-14.pdf
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

If you are here as a visitors you could get refused.

You may need to request that your case be dealt with on exceptional basis outside the rules.
