UK visitior visa refusal letter duplicate copy

Dear All,

My wife UK visitors visa was refused in 2013. Unfortunateky I have lost her refusal letter. Now I am applying her Schengen visa for a holiday from Mumbai-India. Apparently if I am not wrong I have to provide any visa refusal along with explanation from my end.

Could someone please advise me how can I get this letter a duplicate copy. PLEASE THIS IS URGENT.

I should have scanned and kept in my email. Stupid of me :cry:
