Non EEA Rights

Post by Camary » Thu Feb 12, 2015 4:41 pm

Hi, in July I made an application for ILR using SET(M) form ,in Dec I received a letter that my application was rejected and I should submit another application using EEA FORM which I just recently did on 9/02/2015. I am a kenyan and my husband is from Poland, mArried for 6 years.
Now on 10th I received a letter from capita saying I have no right to stay and I should make arrangements to leave the country. My question is don't I have the right to stay because my husband is a EEA Citizen and has been in uk for 6 exercising his rights( he has been fully employed since).

Of course you do.

The letter is rubbish.

You should fill the appropriate form and send the correct evidence.

The EEA 4 being the correct form in your circumstances.
