Change of my name, does my wife need to notify UKVI aswell?

Hi,

I have changed my name on my Pakistani passport as it was in the wrong order when I was first issued the visa 5 years ago. I contacted UKVI at the time and they said they will treat my passport as proof of new name so that is great.

I got Tier 2 last year and my wife joined me 3 months later from Pakistan.

Now the actual question:

I have been told that I will need to fill in TOC form to get my name changed on my BRP but the TOC form also asks if any dependents are applying with me. Question is, my wife's visa sticker says 'Type of Visa: Tier 2 Partner [my old name]'

UKVI call center says I dont need to mention her in the form as shes not changing her name and should only apply for my selves. Can someone confirm from their experience of what will be the right thing to do.
