Swiching from Tier2 ICT granted in June 2010 to Tier2Genera

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT Long term visa first granted July 2010 .
Details of Visa
Tier 2 ICT Long Term Established Staff
COS Issued -in June 2010
First Entry in UK - July 2010
Visa Extended within UK in June 2012 , and JUne 2014valid until June 2016.

Based on the recent rule changes ,Can you please clarify following points ?
Can I switch from tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general visa within UK with change in sponsor?
Will I eligible for ILR/PR after switching ?
If yes will my Tier2 ICT period can be considered for ILR /PR ?
How long I can continue on Teir 2 General visa ?

Yes
Will I eligible for ILR/PR after switching ?
Yes, after spending continuous 5 years on T2 General visa.
If yes will my Tier2 ICT period can be considered for ILR /PR ?
No.
How long I can continue on Teir 2 General visa ?
Max of 6 years. You can apply for ILR after 5 if you want to.
