STUDENT VISA AND ILR EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED !!

Hi,Im a student from non-eu country and have been studing in UK for a long time(7 years).I have 18 months to complete my last course and I would like to start working after that.I already have a diploma from my country, plus I completed another course in UK and have a diploma in BBA.But this is not the point, the point is that I would like to get ILR and it looks like the only way to it for me would be to wait 10 years and then apply.But 3 more years is a long time for me, is there any other way to get it sooner?

Well,how do I get the work permit?Is it not true that you have to spend here another 5 years before you can apply for ILR?

Look for a company that will sponsor you for a work permit. Or try HSMP. Once you have the 10 years legal residency in ANY legal capacity, you can apply for ILR.

I suggest you start job hunting! How long do you have left on your visa, and what course/level are you studying? Did any of your visas expire whilst you were outside the UK?

Hi,its advanced diploma in BBA,I have 18 months to complete it.I have visa for 18 months and non of my visas expired whilst I was outside of uk.I have no gaps in my visas.
