Hi , Its for my cousin , Long story short is he came on student visa as student but he didn't complete his degree and ended up working then he got married and brought his wife on spouse visa . he extended his visa and when it finished he applied for HSMP which got refused he appealed it got rejected , they had a daughter in the mean while (born here ) and he applied on Human rights Basis which has been pending since then it has been total of 9 years but he has been signing on for 3 years agreed by home office so total he has been here 6 years as they won't count in 3 years he has been signing on . he has been waiting for his daughter to get 7 years so he can apply on her basis but apparently rule has changed . He has solicitors working on the case but it has taken a long time as usual and recently his solicitor lost his file and he had to ask home office for his duplicate file and then they got active on his case . Now as of today he has received a letter from Immigration enforcement that they r revoking his driving licence and he has 10 days to proof that he is living here Legally . his Nhs will be revoked as well . he was not allowed to work but he was making ends meet somehow .
Any advice would be good from someone who has had similar experience and what to expect next ?
