I am looking for some help and advice please, if possible. My wife's cousin, who is from Mauritius, is here at the moment visiting us for a holiday. She has the normal 6 Month stamp from UKBA in her passport and she will be returning to Mauritius in May. She would have been with us for 5 Months and 2 Weeks. In June myself and my wife are planning a blessing for our marriage and we would like her Cousin to come back and act as the part of my wife's late Mother for the preparations and for the blessing. I have been trying to find out if she can do this, after only just returning to Mauritius after being with us for the time she was. I have tried calling UKBA but to no avail, as they never seem to want to answer the phones, i have also tried some other line of enquires, but they seemed vague. If anyone could point me in the right direction or give me some advice, i would be eternally grateful.
