Tier 1(General) Migrant need help,please

Post by Likhon » Sat Feb 14, 2015 1:46 pm

I would like to get your advice in the following matter, please. I have received my refusal letter from Home Office on February 2014 saying the reason of the Simple police caution (common assault) which falls under general ground of refusal 322(1C)(iv).

I submitted my application for indefinite leave to remain on the basis of 10 years long residency (I have been living legally in UK from September 2003) on 15th September 2013.Just to mention the information that I have received a police caution for common assault (Arguments and fight with one of my flat mates) on 20th October 2013.

I am currently in my Tier 1 (General) visa which will be expired on 20th May 2015.Here I would like to mentioned that I have got my Tier 1(General) visa May 2010 and also have got approval of my extension on May 2012.

Just would like to mention that I have two dependents with me in UK. First Dependent-(wife- her visa also will be expired on 20th May 2015). Another dependent (Daughter who has born in UK in November 2014- she has not a passport or visa at the moment).

I have two sources of income .Full time job (25K) and Self-employment. From last year April 2014 to present, I could not make sufficient income from Self-employment to meet the previous earning criteria (To claim the required point in total I need to make 35K from these two sources of income). Hence I would not be able to go for Tier 1(General) extension in this current situation.

Would you guys give me an advice based on my current critical situation what to do or what other options I have.
