Hi All ,
I came to UK with a Tier 2 ICT visa in Jan 2010. Later on, extensions happened in UK on a Tier 2 ICT visa. I have an appointment on 18th Dec in PEO.
I have all documents including employee reference letter. The employee reference letter has all information( annual salary, designation, numbers of years in UK etc.) except SOC code information.
My company does not support ILR applications hence not directly mentioning SOC code on the reference letter. It has been issued as a general letter.
I have been reading posts on this forum.
My query is :
1) Is it worth taking a risk without having SOC code on the employee reference letter and going alone for the appointment OR
2) Is there any good solicitor/immigration lawyer who can help support in my ILR. If there is a good lawyer , please let me know.
I will appreciate responses from all who have been experienced this.
