VALID FROM : 16 APR 2010
VALID UNITIL :22 APRIL 2013
COS Details: United Kingdom (Company Name) Work Permit Processing 09 APR 2010 08 APR 2013 CXXXXXXXXXX

NEW EXTENDED VISATYPE OF PERMIT: T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN
REMARKS: RESTRICTED WORK
VALID UNITIL : 20 APR 2015
COS Details:[/b] United Kingdom (Company Name) E/A/T Applications 23 MAY 2013 20 APR 2015 CXXXXXXXXXX

Can anyone tell me please,
1. My company & I applied UK Work Permit before 10 April 2010 & COS also have Start Date 09 APR 2010 to 08 APR 2013
So is there any chance I can get or apply for ILR ?

2. Once again my company filed for my extension. Can you guide me how many years I will get extesnion for this time or it depends on COS given from my company.

Did you apply for entry clearance before 6 April?

You should be able to apply for extensions as long as your company is willing to sponsor you.

If you applied before 6th of April 2010 for entry clearance, then you are eligible for ILR. Make sure you meet the other requirements too before you apply. Generally the date of application is the date the payment is taken (from outside the UK).
