HO contacting the employer

Hi All,
do you know if HO contacted your employer to confirm your employment while processing your BC application?

I dont think they contacted mine. I guess they can get employment details from HMRC.

Having said that, it cannot be ruled out.

Why would they? employment is not a requirement for BC.

They wouldn't, but in my case my CEO was my referee too, so they could have contacted him but only in capacity of being my referee, not as my employer.

my application is on the base of 6 years Treaty Rights as an employee so I thought they might contact the employer.

Still no need to contact employer as everything can be verified from more reliable source i.e. HMRC.
