Tier 2 General candidate Eligibility for ILR

Hi,

Currently I am on Tier 2 general Visa and it's details are as below

Issued Date - October 2013

Entry Date in to UK - November 2013

Expiry Date - September 2016

I can apply for extension for another 3 years and will last up to 2019.

Am I eligible to apply for ILR after November 2018?

yes, but you will have to meet all the requirements incl. min. £35.5k salary

My COS was issued showing my salary as £36k.
