Naturalization for children under 18

Need Advise.
My wife is a British citizen by decency.My self and my two kids who were born in Pakistan came to UK on settlement visa in October 2012.Myself and my kids get the indefinite visa in December 2014.(After Two years).Now can I apply for naturalization for my kids as I am having Indefinite visa and my wife is having British Passport.
If yes which form I have to fill.

MN1 by discretion under section 3(1), as the children have not spent 3 years in the UK.
