NIKAH NAMAH/NADRA

Hi, do I need a Certified translated Nikah namah? my wife is applying for Settlement visa for UK. Or will NADRA orginal marriage certifcate translated with english and urdu be sufficient? my wifes appointment is on thursday and and I have just founs out that she don't have translated nikah namah. Thank you all great people
