Most common grounds for Tier 2 refusals and rejections

Hi guys,

I am almost in the final processing of applying for my tier 2 visa. What are the most common reasons for refusal/rejection under tier 2? I have been checking the Cos issued etc and is almost ready to get a adviser booked in for my in person appointment.

Also is there a difference between refusal and rejection? I also read somewhere when tier 2 is rejected you have no right to appeal, what circumstance this would be?

Sorry quite worried about my tier 2 in general as i am nervy person and want to make sure i cover all points.

Do you part as per documentation and process, if anything else fails it is not due to your fault and hence you could not control it.
