Hi guys,
recently i found a new sponsor and their sponsorship Expired. they applied for a renew and its been 10days.
but i already gave my current employer notice period (4 weeks end's on 13th March) thinking that Sponsorship renew will take a maximum of 2 weeks. and i will go for premium service
1. do i need anything from my current employer when i go for Premium service like informing UKBA that i am serving Notice etc or cancel the Current CoS ?
2. RLMT proofs i know this is a sponsor responsibility. they advertised this position as a higher experienced(55k) but they only offered me 30k (less experience) but it matches the Required salary anyway on SOC Code..is this gonna effect anything when UKBA compares adverts with my current salary on CoS ??
3. start date on CoS should be after the end date with my current employer ??
Please suggest any other details i am missing
